Refund policy
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Upon receiving your product, please inspect it and contact us immediately at michelle@newportroad.com.au including photos if it appears to be damaged so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be made if contact is not made within 7 days of receiving your item.
If there is sufficient evidence that the product is damaged/faulty, you can opt to be refunded or for a replacement to be mailed to you.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
